Hello there~~

I didn't have a chance to check my inbox until now, so I just wanted to give a super ginormous belated thank you for all the kind birthday wishes and gifts! ;A;
Luckily last week was reading week (sort of March break), so I had a nice time celebrating with family and friends.^^
But now it's back to business with college and graphic design once more haha.
I am very much looking forward to the summer.

Just a heads-up in regards to any possible confusion; I've changed my username from "deathofrats" to koyamori.

It's quite a strange feeling to have a new username after so long, but I think it is a good opportunity to veer away from a fan-inspired handle. (Death of rats being a little character from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels. Regardless, I still love the books very very much.)

Following up on the journal posted a while ago about going back to school; I received my acceptance mail last week for a graphic design program! 8)
I will be starting full time in September! *excited* It's going to be quite interesting and a different experience since I haven't been to school in 2 years, and I've only ever studied sciences haha.
In the mean while, I will be open for commissions to raise some school funds.
The following will be prices for art for non-commercial purposes.


Inky Style

Price: 50 USD
*Generally A4 size; dimension varies slightly with composition.
*1 character + simple background/ some sort of creature


A4 watercolours

Price: 130 USD
*3 characters max. Full background.
*Painting will be around 8x11", though dimensions will vary with composition and border will be included.

The commissioner will receive a high resolution scan of the image.
Shipping of the original will be a 10USD flat rate for anywhere in the world.

I've been trying to find some spine-tingling horror books to no avail.
After scouring some forums, I did buy some titles by Poppy Z. Brite and Jerzy Kosinski but they weren't really my cup of tea.
Can anybody recommend me anything scary to read?
